DetailsThis ballpoint pen belongs to our collection of writing instruments inspired by the works of some of the most celebrated artists of the Florentine Renaissance, avant garde personalities who had a paramount role in shaping new artistic styles. We have dived deep into their works of art to recover the colors that made their palettes so distinctive.
VERROCCHIO is a handmade precious resin ballpoint pen with nickel-free 24Kt palladium plated bronze elements and scratch-proof enamels. Its motif is inspired by the colors of "Baptism of Christ" (The Uffizi Gallery-Florence). A beautiful gift for professional and academic milestones, this ballpoint pen features a unique pattern that fits any style. Being the pen handcrafted the final product may differ slightly from the picture.
⚜All our writing instruments are handcrafted in our studio in Florence with traditional methods and techniques. Only a few people know that the first Italian fountain pen was built in the early 1900s in Florence by a goldsmith; we’re honoring such heritage with this new collection of ballpoint pens.
🎁All our pens are shipped in their gift box and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by ourselves (designer Valerio Salvadori and master goldsmith Marco Frangini). The ballpoint pen includes an international standard ballpoint refill with gel ink (Schmidt, Germany).
